One of the best ways is to run an online survey on your website, with a series of questions that are aimed to hone in on what is wrong and what is right with your site. You can offer a free product as the prize, and you will be surprised how often this is enough to get many people to fill in your survey and give you great feedback.
Alternatively, internal to a company you can use employees who are new to the company and therefore unfamiliar to the site to do some testing too and give you feedback - or even rope in friends and family if they are agreeable.
Therefore testing your website and seeing how the structure and content could be improved need not cost the earth at all - with a little thought you can get superb feedback for little cost.
