What is a maths square puzzle?

A maths square is a simple and self contained maths puzzle that asks you to place the numbers from 1 - 9 once each in the grid.

The puzzle is in the form of a square that has certain sums, and you must enter the numbers in the grid to complete the sums that appear across and down the puzzle.

Sometimes some numbers are given to start you off, with others the grid is empty.

Maths square puzzles can actually be made quite difficult and so can require a little patient to solve!
