What does Killer Sudoku mean?
The sudoku bit can be explained from the definition of sudoku listed under 'what does sudoku mean'.
The killer bit is obviously an english word added on the front to signify the fact that it is a hard puzzle - it's a real killer on the brain - or can be, and also because it makes it sound more dramatic and probably helps publishers increase their sales as a result(!)
