Link Word Puzzles

Link Word puzzles are another popular word puzzle that you find in puzzling magazines. The aim of a Link Word puzzle is simple: to find the common word ('link word') that goes after all the words given to create new words.

Sometimes you are given just a couple of link words, on other occasions you may be given several. Here is an example of a Link Word puzzle:

Find the four letter word that can go after all these words to create new words:

AIRS, BATTLES, COURTS, LORDS

In this instance the answer is 'HIPS' to form the words 'airships', 'battleships', 'courtships' and 'lordships'.

All Link Word Puzzles are provided in PDF format, complete with solution, for easy print publication. No order is too large or small and you may combine this order with any combination and number of our word or number puzzles.
