Christmas Tree Mosaic Puzzle
Christmas is well and truly coming! And what better way to celebrate than with a free puzzle that is Christmas themed?
Then look no further than our Christmas tree themed mosaic puzzle, the solution to which - as the name heavily hints at - is a nice black and white picture of a Christmas tree.
You can download the puzzle absolutely free here in PDF format to print off:
Mosaic Puzzle
The first page is the puzzle and the second page is the solution.
If you are unsure how to play mosaic, then the rules are quite simple.
The puzzle starts with a grid of some empty cells, and some containing numbers.
Numbers indicate how many cells that touch the cell (including diagonally touching cells) AND the cell itself are to be filled in.
So a '9', the highest number, means that the cell itself and the eight surrounding cells are to be coloured in, whilst a '0' means none are.
That's all there is to it - and from this you can solve the mosaic fully without guessing and find the one solution, and draw a simple black and white Christmas tree to boot!
