Colour By Number
Virtually all children love colouring in, whether it is doodling on a sketch pad, being given an image and trying to copy it, or inventing their own creations. One of the most enduring and popular children's games or puzzles is the Colour By Number puzzle.
All our colour by number puzzles are provided on a grid, like that seen in the sample below. A list of numbers appear in the grid, along with a list of colours at the top of the picture. For instance, you might be told that 1 = green, 2 = red, 3 = blue and this means that each time you see a 1, you colour the square green, each time you see a 2 you colour the square red, and so on.

Colour by number puzzles are a fun activity for children, and there is the added satisfaction of creating a lovely piece of pixel art with our colour by numbers and revealing the image underneath. They are a great way of improving the accuracy of colouring too, as colouring to the edges of each box neatly helps co-ordinate the hand and eye to colour precisely and improves the quality of the image too.
