The sudoku puzzles are grouped in levels easy, medium and hard. The puzzles are dated for each day of the year, so there is no chance of losing track. With two puzzles included on each page, there is plenty of room to make notes. The solver is required to place each number from 1 – 9 exactly once into each of the rows, columns and boxes provided in each puzzle grid. Each of the grid's rows, columns and boxes (known as 'regions') contain 9 cells. Some numbers are already placed in the grid at the start of the puzzle. The solver is required to complete the puzzle by working out which number must be placed in each of the empty cells in the grid. The solutions are included at the back of the book.
