This is a puzzle relatively new to the UK published in the Times appearing under the name Kenken in the UK.
We can create this puzzle. However, it appears that there is a trademark on this puzzle. As far as we are aware, this means that no-one can supply a puzzle or publish a puzzle using this exact name unless it is one created and supplied by the trademark holder. Therefore it would appear we are unable to supply this puzzle for you to buy for publication.
We are currently looking for clarification as to whether the trademark covers the exact puzzle concept itself (ie the full ruleset of the game) or simply the name; if anyone has information on this then we would be interested to hear.
We can create and supply a variant that is faithful to the core idea of sudoku and differs from the puzzle published in the Times by one fact - the numbers within each region (plus, minus, times, divide) must also not have any repeats: hence core sudoku rules and deductions can still be made which you may find a more satisfying puzzle. Note this puzzle is not kenken as per the published rules in the Times; we created this puzzle recently under the name Killer Sudoku Plus, since it's a 'plus' version of the popular killer sudoku puzzle with the other arithmetic operations added into the mix (subtraction, division and multiplication).
