Business Services UK now provide a complete on-line, call management product that is totally free to all business users.

Branded under the name of Business Telecom Services, this recently added product provides a host of calling features designed to assist it’s clients by allowing normally charged-for functions at no cost.

All that is required for immediate unlimited access is the completion of a very short registration form. There are no financial details required, you will not be charged to use any of the functions and no restrictions on usage will be implemented.

Usually reserved for major corporations, below are listed many features not normally available to the small to medium business due to cost restraints.

Voice Recording

You can choose to record all your incoming or out going calls. They will then be emailed to you as a simple MP3 file recorded at 16bit sound quality with a time and date stamp.

Time of Day Routing

Only receive calls when you are free to take them. Perfect if you are in another time zone or at work.

Multiple Destination Calling

Send your calls to more then one location (ie: a landline and mobile), both lines will ring, the first to answer will receive the call.

Caller Barring

This service allows you to bar any problem mobile or landline callers’ number to you.

Call Announcement

This service plays you a message before the call is connected, you can then decide to take the call or hang up/pass to voicemail.

Network Voicemail

We will record all your missed calls and email them to you to listen to when you are ready, or you can elect to send all calls to voicemail or only at specific times of the day! (Recorded messages are sent to your nominated email address as an MP3 file attachment with a time and date stamp).

International Dialling

This feature allows you to enter any international number into our system and it will be converted into a low cost UK number allowing cheap international calls 24/7. It also allows you to utilise all the above features with each call.

Unlike many ‘cheap international calls’ providers, you WON’T experience costly messages before connection and you WILL only get charged for the duration of your call!
