What are the rules of yajilin?

Like many japanese puzzles we are now familiar with you are presented at the start with a rectangular grid.

Some cells contain numbers, however the majority are blank, so what to do? Numbered cells contain an arrow.

Well you need to draw a single continuous loop and mark certain cells as black. The rules:

- The loop you draw moves horizontally or vertically through cells, and may turn 90 degrees (think slitherlink or masyu). As with those, it is a single continuous loop that never crosses its own path.

- The numbers show how many cells must be filled black in the direction of the arrow, e.g. a 2--> means there are two black cells to the right of the cell containing 2-->

- The loop must not go through the black cells or cells with numbers, and black cells cannot touch
