What is letter fit?
Letter fit is a fun and popular word puzzle that has many names. These include criss cross with a 'c' and also kriss kross with a 'k'.
The puzzles can also be varied by using numbers instead of letters but the idea is the same: you are given a blank grid and a set of words that must be fitted into the grid. The words will only fit in the puzzle one way and you must use logic to work out where they go - you should not have to try too many different guesses or resort to trial and error, but the solution should not be totally obvious either!
Sometimes the puzzles are themed but quite often the words are just random and must be fitted to form the completed crossword type puzzle.
