What are the rules of bridges?

Bridges is an interesting puzzle composed of circles which represent islands that have a number in them.

The aim is to draw the requisite number of bridges between different islands, for instance if there is a 2 in a cell then there must be two bridges (represented by lines) connecting it to other islands in the puzzle.

The bridges move either left to right or up to down, e.g. never diagonally, and there cannot be no more than two bridges between a pair of islands. They also do not cross.

One more thing - all the islands are connected together, meaning you can move from any given island to another one via a series of moves across bridges.
