What are the rules of Offset Sudoku?
Offset sudoku has the rules of sudoku and one more - there are nine more regions, namely each position within each 3 x 3 box is now a new region.
In other words, the first cell in every 3 x 3 box is a region so the numbers 1 - 9 are placed exactly once in each location within each box as well, making up the nine new regions.
