Fill In Puzzles

Fill In puzzles are a perennial favourite of adults and children alike. One of the great things about this puzzle is that it can be easy or difficult, or somewhere in the middle, depending on the size of the grid and the amount of logic needed to fill it in.

At the start of the puzzle the fill in player is presented with an empty grid and a list of words sorted by word lengths. Each word fits into the grid exactly once, but crucially only in one location. The trick is working out where each word goes in the fill in grid.

Smaller puzzles and those with little similarity between the words may be solved very quickly, whilst larger puzzles with a lot of similar words will need more logic and take longer to solve as the options will need to be carefully assessed to work out where exactly each word in the fill in puzzle must go.

Therefore the fill in puzzle is a word and logic puzzle that is particularly appealing to a wide range of players, and ranks up there as a traditional favourite alongside the wordsearch and the crossword puzzle.

Note that whilst most fill in puzzles use words, they can also be created using numbers and are then called number fill - we can also supply this puzzle.

A range of formats are available, typically PDF or EPS though if you have other requirements please do just ask.
