Driving Theory Test Questions - is a website that aims to help learner drivers to pass their theory test, and give them the best possible preparation and chance of passing that test first time. In the UK it is mandatory for everyone who wishes to take a practical test to first have reached the required standard in driving theory.
Our work on this website required a custom extraction of data from a database in order to put it in a format that works online. A robust application and reporting mechanism was written on a bespoke basis in order to implement the question and answer facility online, together with a range of tests and mock tests and other mechanisms to help candidates track their progress, including a unique traffic light system to see at a glance relative performance levels on each question.
The site was integrated from an ecommerce perspective with paypal to process transactions automatically allowing candidates to have access to the premier features of the site for the required time period, and therefore a user management (login, register, logout, forgotten password etc) was implemented on this site.
