Code Words
Welcome to this fantastic collection of 100 codeword puzzles. A codeword is a coded crossword puzzle, in which each letter from A – Z is replaced with a number from 1 – 26. To solve a codeword puzzle, the solver is required to deduce which number represents each letter of the alphabet. Every letter of the alphabet appears in the grid and is represented by only one number. For example, the number 20 might represent the letter 'S', which means that the solver can write the letter 'S' into every square in the grid that contains the number 20. The solver is required to crack the code for every letter and, in doing so, complete a valid crossword grid. A few clue letters are provided in each puzzle to help the solver get started. Solutions are featured at the back of the book for the solver to check their answers, or seek assistance if they need it.
